For years, we've been meaning to create an online recipe collection that our family and friends could access.

As the world is currently combating Covid-19, like so many other people, we are staying at home to do our bit to try and limit the spread of this horrible virus. As a family we will be self-isolating for the forseeable future - as our daughter Niamh is classed as high-risk due to an inherited metabolic condition.
​
Now, more that ever, seemed a good the time to sort through some of our recipes, remember good times from the past, cook some of our favourite recipes and think of happier times that lie ahead.

Hopefully, the recipes that we post will be of some use to others.
