A quick and easy creamy mustard sauce - that goes great with steak, gammon or chips!

Ingredients:
100 g sliced shallots
50 g butter
200 ml crème fraîche
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
pinch of sugar
Cooking Time: 7 mins (approx)
Serving: 2
Method:
1. Cook the sliced shallots in the butter for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
2. Add the crème fraîche and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in the wholegrain mustard and a pinch of sugar.
Serve with steak or gammon with chips!
